The app is designed to work with YouTube and many other popular platforms. Exact support can change based on how each site serves media. If a site changes its delivery method, an update may be required.
Why do some videos download as audio-only?
Some platforms provide separate audio/video streams, restrict certain formats, or change how streams are exposed. Try selecting another quality/format, updating the app, and testing a different link. If the issue persists, send the problematic URL to support so we can reproduce the case.
Does “4K support” mean every download is 4K?
No. 4K is available only when the source provides a 4K stream for that specific video. The app exposes the best available options for the link you paste.
